Anxiety
Anxiety
Anxiety is not a state of being – it’s an emotion. When feeling anxious, we can over-analyse and focus on the worst-case scenarios. As a result, we can miss opportunities and moments of joy and happiness (making us feel worse). Using neuroscience, I help my clients understand anxiety and change their thought processes. Setting weekly goals, you will notice an improvement in sleep, energy levels, mood, and relationships. Client report feeling braver, confident, and capable.

Anxiety can include:
-
Feelings of distress, fear, worry or anger and irritable
-
Physical symptoms such as heart palpitations, sweating, shaking and shortness of breath
-
Difficulty concentrating and focusing on tasks
-
Fatigue and tiredness and insomnia
-
Overwhelmed and loss of control
-
Tingling or numbness across the body
-
Feeling nauseous, dizzy or faint

Through the combination of therapy and hypnosis, we can begin to create the change you desire. We will set goals and work collaboratively to achieve them.
