Pauline Mackie HPD Dip (CAH) 

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I have studied and qualified in (HPD) Hypnotherapy in Practice the Gold standard of Hypnotherapy. Holding a (PVG) Protecting Vulnerable Groups. 

 

I also hold a qualification in Pediatric Hypnotherapy, which allows me to give therapy to children from 7 years upwards. Registered with the (NCH) National Council of Hypnotherapy, their  Values and Codes of Ethics are second to none, guaranteeing the service provided is first class, and any therapy given is bespoke, and personalised to the client's needs.


I am based in Aberdeen and have been running my own business as a Complimentary Therapist for the last 10 years and have a salon in the Community.

How can hypnotherapy help you?

Hypnotherapy helps you develop an awareness of your thoughts so that you can recognise negative thinking patterns and limiting beliefs, which hold you back. With this increased awareness, we help you to see things with a fresh perspective, think positively and rationally and use your mind for your benefit. Our thought processes really affect how we feel, so as you gain more control over your thoughts, you gain control over how you feel in your day-to-day life. The result being that you feel happier, more confident, motivated, relaxed and in control. Gaining control over your thoughts and feelings, brings control over your behaviours enabling you to cope better in situations, and develop positive and healthy routines and habits.

Anxiety is the mind and body's reaction to stressful, dangerous, or unfamiliar situations. It's the sense of uneasiness, distress, or dread you feel before a significant event.

A phobia is an overwhelming and debilitating fear of an object, place, situation, feeling or animal.

Phobias are more pronounced than fears. They develop when a person has an exaggerated or unrealistic sense of danger about a situation or object.

 A bad habit is a negative behaviour pattern. Common examples include:
